Emilio Martinez has been a resident of Lower Manhattan since birth. At only 22 years old, he is one of our youngest and brightest agents. With over a year’s experience, he has established great rapport with clients, landlords, and leasing agents; leaving an everlasting impression on those who he’s done business with.

Emilio is a graduate of Suffield Academy; a New England Prep-School located in Suffield, Connecticut. After graduating from Suffield Academy, he attended the Institute of Audio Research for Audio Engineering and Post-Production with aspirations of becoming one of the most sought after Recording Engineer in the Music Industry. Emilio spent 2 years as a Freelance Engineer, working with numerous artists and individuals in the Music and Film Industries.

Clients have found Emilio to be very passionate and knowledgeable of the real estate market in New York City and its ever-changing trends. Emilio even impressed The Apprentice Season 4 winner Randall Pinkett at a movie premiere in Harlem and business cards were exchanged. “You never know,” says Emilio when asked about his run in with The Apprentice star. “It was worth a shot. You never know who may be the next key player in New York’s real estate market. I just hope my business card didn’t get thrown into the garbage,” he laughs.
