I am looking for a short-term flatmate (~3 months, but possibly longer) to share clean, large, gorgeous flat-through. This is perfect for someone visiting NYC for the summer or someone just moving here and getting started.Male or female is fine, as long as you're considerate, responsible, and used to living with others.Rent is $900/mo + 1/2 util (high-speed internet, elec, gas).Apt. is furnished - if you have a TON of stuff it would probably be a problem.It's located 2 blocks from JZ train which is only 3 (express) or 6 (local) stops to East Village (10 min.) or about a 20 min bike ride! Approximate Location - neighborhood is coming up and very easy access to Williamsburg or Bushwick. No smoking or pets or couples - this is for ONE (drama-free) person
You would be getting 2 private rooms:
Front work/living room (about 12x14', plants would have to stay, but I'll handle feeding) and an attached bedroom (about 8x10'):
I'm an easy-going, 30s guy, doing Account Management and freelance Marketing/Design, who is losing my current flatmate as she moves back to Berlin. I travel a lot and speak German, so bonus points for anyone who can Deutsch sprechen.Prefer a progressive, easy-going, neat, professional (with a day job/schedule).
