Can I advertise on CityCribs.com?

Yes - Anyone that owns a property or that is a licensed realtor can feature their real estate on our service.

Do you collect a commision?

No - CityCribs is a marketplace and does not collect a commision. To inquire about advertising view here.

Do you guarantee a rental or sale?

No - However our 8 Simple Tips can help you understand the most effective ways to achieve success in renting or selling your real estate.

Is my property posted immediately?

Yes - Once completing the registration process and enabling your listing our system will automatically release your ad to our marketplace and all network partners including Google Base, oodle, Edegio, Move.com and more.

How many pictures can my listing have?

You can feature up to 5 property photo's.

Can I upload a floorplan?

Yes - you can feature 1 floorplan per listing

Do you display my email address?

No - Due to spamming issues we do not include your email in your listings. Consumers are able to communicate with you through a contact form only which does not disclose your email

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes - We offer free basic advertising in all cities other than New York. New York users prior to choosing our service you are able to log-in free for 7 days. This enables you to try our service. If you do not receive an inquiry within your free trial period it does not mean you will not receive inquires in the future.
